In order to protect the health of you and our employees, we have established a Corona protocol throughout our organisation, in which we follow the national guidelines and have further translated these into Mertens-specific measures.

Customer contacts and advice 

We will gladly continue to provide you with expert advice and will be happy to discuss recent developments with you. This means that our specialists and relationship managers will always discuss with you whether a visit is desirable in the current situation. In addition, we will, of course, continue to be accessible via all means of communication, as you would expect from us.


Placing orders and requesting quotes will continue in the same way as you are used to from us (through our website, when visiting our company, by phone or e-mail).

Pick-up centres

Our pick-up centres remain open at the times you are familiar with. However, additional hygiene measures do apply and we have a door policy.
