Annual ryegrass Intermezzo 25 kg

Intermezzo is the latest grass seed mix, composed of 97% terraploid annual ryegrass and 3% clover. Intermezzo is mostly suitable for sowing in the stubbles. 

• The mixture is delivered in the highest seed quality class.
• Extremely quick initial development, so the the ground is covered quickly, and minerals in the soil are bonded quickly. This creates a better mineral utilisation.
• Overshoots relatively late, so that mineral binding continues for longer. This is quickly passed onto the next main crop.
• High dry matter yield, which results in a good production of organic matter.
• This turns GLB Intermezzo into a real soil improver.
• Contains no couch grass and black-grass, so that the soil is not contaminated with these unwanted weeds.

Not every type of grass can be used for under-sowing. This is because the undersown crop does not get much light in August and September. This is why the crop needs to be extremely disease resistant. Because of this, the types of grass in Intermezzo are extremely suitable for under-sowing for corn.

In stubbles: 30 - 40 kg, mid- June to mid- November
Underneath the nurse crop: 25 - 30 kg, March to late April
Ripening grains: 30 kg,  July
Underneath corn: 15 - 20 kg, corn ± 40 cm tall
