  • Where can I find safety data sheets (MSDS) and label texts?

    You can find these on the product pages when you are logged in. For a complete overview you can also check your profile under the heading “My safety data sheets”.

  • How do I return a product?

  • How is my privacy protected?

    We will of course treat your personal data with the utmost care. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. Please also read our Privacy and Cookie statement.

  • What should I do if a product is delivered incomplete, faulty or damaged?

    We will gladly solve this for you as soon as possible. Please contact our office staff (+31 (0)77 3999 111).

  • Do you also deliver abroad?

    Yes, we deliver products to our customers worldwide.

  • I would like to receive advice about a product, who do I ask?

    We are happy to give you advice. Please contact our office staff (+31 (0)77 3999 111).

  • Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    Yes, this is also possible. At the bottom of each e-mail you can click on ‘unsubscribe’.

  • Can I subscribe to the newsletter?

    Yes, you can. At the bottom of our website you can enter your e-mail address and details. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your request.

  • What is the delivery time of my order?

    Usually, stock products ordered before 3 pm will be delivered the next working day (unless you specify otherwise). If this is not the case, please consult your order confirmation. This also shows the expected delivery date.

  • I have a question about my order, who do I contact?

    All webshop orders are processed internally by us. You can therefore contact our office staff (+31 (0)77 3999 111).

  • Do I have to register to place an order?

    Yes, in order to place an order on our website, you will first need to create a customer account. We only deliver to business customers (B2B). If you want to become a customer, please fill in our customer form.

  • Can I see my order history?

    Yes, in your account you can view your complete order history.

  • I can’t order a product, why is that?

    For some products it is only possible to request a quote or information, for example. To order such a product, please contact our office staff (+31 (0)77 3999 111).

  • Can I still change my delivery time after placing the order?

    If you want to change your delivery date afterwards, please contact our office staff as soon as possible (+31 (0)77 3999 111). If the order has not yet been registered for transport, the delivery date can still be changed.

  • Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

    All prices in our webshop are exclusive of VAT. For certain products you will also find information about consumer prices/recommended prices, these are listed including VAT.

  • Do I get a discount on the prices shown in the webshop?

    The prices you see in our webshop after you have logged in, are your personal prices. Sometimes, however, you get an additional discount if you purchase more of a certain product. The graduated prices are then mentioned with the products. Do you want to order an even larger amount? You can always request a quote from us.

  • How do I receive my invoice?

    For sustainability reasons, all invoices at Mertens are provided digitally. Of course you can decide to which e-mail address they will be sent.

  • Do I have to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce?

    Yes, we only deliver to other businesses (B2B). A Chamber of Commerce number is therefore necessary.

  • How do I change my personal details?

    You can submit a request to change your details here. We will be happy to process this for you.

  • Where can I log into my account?

    You can log in here. Don’t have an account yet? Request one here if you are already a customer or first fill in the customer form.

  • How do I become a Mertens customer?

    You fill in our customer form, and we will process your request as soon as possible. After our verification and confirmation you can place your order immediately.
