The Drososan is specifically designed to combat the fruit fly Drosophila suzukii. 

• The colour of the trap is red, the colour the harmful fruit fly is most attracted to. 
• The openings in the mesh are suited to the fruit fly, which prevents bycatch. This allows you to count the number of trapped insects more easily, and ensures that pollinators are not trapped.
• The Drososan is used in combination with the attractant Fruit Fly Attractant. This gives the best results. 
• Independent research shows that the Drososan is more effective than a standard trap or the generic Moskisan trap.
