Haifa VitaPhos-K contains phosphate in the form of soluble polyphosphates, which (contracy to phosphate ions in many other fertiliser) do not precipitate, but stay in solution. Because of Haifa VitaPhos-K's specific composition, the hydrolysis takes place at the right place and right time; at the root surface. Haifa VitaPhos-K prevents both accelerated hydrolysis, leading to phosphate precipitation, and slow hydrolyis, leading to deficiencies. The solution's pH value does not influence hydrolysis speed and phosphate availability.
